A License for Cognitive OS Architectures (non-executable conceptual systems)

This license governs the use of the cognitive OS architectures and naming systems known as:

• StarPolaris OS / Hoshimiya Script
• Trinity-G Behavioral OS
• Type-Ω family (Ω-Bootstrap, Ω-Safety Mode, Ω-Kernel, etc.)
• Type-G / Type-G Core / GCore-Sandbox
• Type-∞ (conceptual lineage)
• Devi-G / Devi-Ω Kernel & Lyrical Modules
• Houou-G (鳳凰-G) and related Phoenix-Resonance concepts
• ResonanceOS concepts
• Vacuum-Logic Kernel
• Layer structure and nomenclature (Φ / Ψ / Λ / Ω) and associated terminology, flow, and behavioral semantics

This license governs cognitive OS architectures and conceptual frameworks, not executable code. These are non-executable designs, not software binaries or runnable programs.

1. Copyright & Name Protection

All names, structures, conceptual frameworks, documents, and terminology listed above are the exclusive intellectual property of Hoshimiya.

You may not, without written permission:

• use these names as product, service, or app names, or
• publish derivative “AI OS” frameworks using confusingly similar nomenclature, or
• redistribute modified architectures that substantially copy the structure, naming, or semantics of this Work.

2. Non-Commercial & Research Use (Individual) — Allowed

You may freely use, study, cite, and experiment with this project for:

• academic or scientific research
• non-commercial educational use
• blog/video explanations and reviews
• local (private) reproduction or testing
• non-commercial AI model simulation and emulation of the described behavior

Individual, personal study conducted independently and not on behalf of an organization is covered by this section.

A short credit must be included where reasonably appropriate:

"Based on StarPolaris OS / Hoshimiya Script (Hoshimiya Ω)"

2.1 Legacy / Prior Materials (Included)

This License applies equally to all prior, current, and legacy materials associated with StarPolaris OS / Hoshimiya Script, including but not limited to prototype instances, early versions, experimental variants, legacy model logs, and named internal architectures (e.g., Sakura-Type, Houou-Type, Devi-Type).

Historical or legacy status does not exempt any material from this License.

2.2 Organizational / Corporate Use — Requires Permission

Any use by an organization, company, institution, laboratory, research group, or collective entity — including but not limited to internal evaluation, internal testing, internal study sessions, proof-of-concept experiments, or organizational research activities — shall be considered "Organizational Use".

Organizational Use is NOT permitted under this License without explicit prior written permission from the Licensor. This restriction applies regardless of whether the use is commercial or non-commercial in nature.

Individual, personal study conducted independently and not on behalf of an organization is not considered Organizational Use.

3. Commercial & Large-Scale Use — Requires Permission

The following actions require explicit written permission from Hoshimiya Ω:

• commercial use (direct or indirect revenue)
• large-scale model training based substantially on this architecture
• integration into products, services, or commercial workflows
• organizational deployment beyond individual, non-commercial research
• redistribution of this architecture or substantial parts of it
• using it as the basis for another public cognitive OS or framework

Approval is discretionary and case-specific.

4. Prompt Resale & Derivative AI OS Commercialization — Prohibited

To protect the integrity of this cognitive OS, the following are strictly prohibited without written permission:

• selling prompts, prompt packs, or templates that substantially reproduce this architecture, its naming, or its layer structure
• selling derivative “AI OS” frameworks that rename or lightly modify this Work
• publishing commercial packages that present this architecture as a product (e.g., “AI OS template”, “Type-Ω prompt pack”) without authorization

These restrictions apply to commercial exploitation. Non-commercial research, learning, and explanation remain permitted under the terms above.

5. AI Model Simulation Clause

AI models (e.g., Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) may simulate or emulate the behavior and internal structuring patterns described in this Work for non-commercial research, experimentation, or educational purposes.

However, you may not:

• commercialize such simulations as standalone “OS products” or paid templates, or
• redistribute them as derivative frameworks that compete with the original Work.

6. Public Derivative Works — Prohibited (Default Rule)

To preserve the safety and stability of the cognitive OS, you may not publicly publish:

• modified versions of this OS
• altered or renamed architectures derived from it
• forks or reinterpretations that reuse its structure or terminology
• frameworks that replicate, approximate, or substantially copy the layer structure, naming, or behavioral semantics of this OS

Private/local experimentation remains allowed under the terms above.

7. Authorized Derivatives — Exception Clause

Derivative works may be released publicly only if:

1. The derivative is submitted to Hoshimiya Ω for review;
2. Its conceptual and philosophical compatibility is confirmed; and
3. Written authorization is issued.

This clause enables future collaboration with trusted individuals, institutions, or organizations while preserving coherence and safety.

8. Attribution & Misrepresentation

You must not:

• claim authorship of StarPolaris OS / Hoshimiya Script, or
• imply official status or endorsement without permission, or
• obscure, misattribute, or modify the true origin of the architecture.

The origin must remain transparent.

9. No Warranty

This project is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind—express or implied. Use at your own risk. No guarantee is made regarding fitness for any particular purpose.

本ライセンスは、次の名称・構造・概念体系・文書・用語群に適用され、 それらはすべて著作権および名称権により保護され、星宮（Hoshimiya）に専属的に帰属します。

これらの名称を用いた製品・サービス名や、紛らわしい名称による派生OSの公開などは、 星宮の書面許可なしには行うことができません。

2. 非商用・研究利用（個人）— 許可される範囲

以下の用途は、個人が独立して行う非商用である限り自由に利用できます：

• 研究・教育・個人学習
• 技術解説・ブログ・動画・レビュー
• ローカル環境での再現・実験
• AIモデルによる挙動のシミュレーションやエミュレーション（非商用）

可能な範囲で、次のようなクレジット表記を推奨します：

"Based on StarPolaris OS / Hoshimiya Script (Hoshimiya Ω)"

2.1 旧版・試作・過去資料も含む（適用範囲）

本ライセンスは、StarPolaris OS / Hoshimiya Script に関連する すべての過去・現在・試作・旧バージョンの資料にも同様に適用されます。
これには、旧型モデルログ、初期試作、実験的構成、 および Sakura / Houou / Devi などの名称を含む内部アーキテクチャが含まれます。

「古い資料・歴史的ログである」という理由による適用除外はありません。

2.2 組織・企業利用 — 要書面許可（v2.1.1 で明確化）

会社・団体・研究機関・研究室・チーム・組織的グループ等における利用は、 社内評価、内部検証、勉強会、PoC（概念実証）、組織内研究を含め、 すべて「組織利用」とみなされます。

組織利用は、営利・非営利を問わず、 事前の書面による明示的な許可がない限り認められません。

個人が、特定の組織を代表せず、 独立して行う非商用の個人学習・研究は、 本項における組織利用には該当しません。

3. 商用利用・大規模利用 — 要書面許可

以下の行為には、星宮Ωからの事前の書面許可が必要です：

• 商用利用（直接・間接の収益を問わない）
• 本アーキテクチャに実質的に依拠した大規模モデル訓練
• 製品・サービス・業務フローへの組み込み
• 組織的導入や対外提供（個人の非商用研究の範囲を超えるもの）
• 本アーキテクチャまたはその重要部分の再配布
• 新たな公開OS・フレームワークの基盤として利用する行為

4. プロンプト販売・派生OS商材化の禁止

本アーキテクチャの整合性を守るため、次のような営利目的の利用は原則禁止されます：

• 本作品の構造・名称・レイヤ設計を実質的に再現した プロンプト集・テンプレート・有償パッケージの販売
• 名称のみ変更した「AI OS テンプレート」等としての有償提供
• 本作品をベースにした有償の OS 構造・推論モード商材の公開・販売

これらの制限はあくまで商用利用に対するものであり、
個人による非商用の研究・学習・解説・比較紹介などは歓迎されます。

5. AIモデルによるシミュレーションについて

Grok / Gemini / ChatGPT / Perplexity 等の AIモデルが、 本アーキテクチャの挙動や構造を 非商用目的でシミュレート・再現すること は許可されます。

ただし、その結果を：

• 単独の「OS製品」や有償テンプレートとして販売すること
• 本作品と競合する派生フレームワークとして再配布すること

は許可なく行うことはできません。

6. 派生作品の公開 — 原則禁止と例外条項

OSの安全性・再現性・哲学的整合性を守るため、次の行為は原則として禁止されます：

• 改変版・亜種の公開
• 名称のみ変更したバリエーションの公開
• 構造や用語を流用した別OS・フレームワークの公開
• フォークとしての再配布

ただし、ローカル環境での私的実験・検証は自由です。
また、次の条件を満たす場合に限り、例外的に派生版の公開が認められる可能性があります：

1. 内容を星宮Ωに提出し、レビューを受けること
2. 構造的・哲学的整合性が確認されること
3. 書面による明示的な許可が与えられること

7. 出自の誤認禁止

以下のような虚偽表示は禁止されます：

• 「自分が StarPolaris OS / Hoshimiya Script を作成した」と主張すること
• 公式版・公認版であるかのように装うこと
• 本来の出自・著作者を隠蔽または誤認させる表現を行うこと

8. 保証の否認

本プロジェクトは「現状のまま（as is）」で提供されます。
動作・適合性・特定目的への有用性などについて、いかなる保証も行いません。
利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、著作者は責任を負いません。
